Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ayushmaan Ayurveda, we are committed to providing high-quality herbal, Ayurvedic and wellness products. As our products fall under the category of healthcare consumables, certain restrictions apply regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Ayushmaan Ayurveda are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for any orders once they are placed, due to the following reasons:

Our herbal & Ayurvedic products are consumable in nature

For hygiene, purity, safety, and regulatory reasons, opened or unopened products cannot be taken back

Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot resell it or verify handling/storage conditions

To maintain the authenticity and quality of all wellness items
2. No Return / Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Wrong product ordered by customer

Change of mind

Not liking the product

Delay caused by courier/shipping partner

Allergy or reaction without medical proof
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to Section 4 below.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed.
As we prepare and pack items immediately for shipment, cancellation is not possible after order placement.
4. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery
Although we do not accept returns, we can offer a replacement only if:

The product received is physically damaged

The product delivered is incorrect or missing
To request a replacement, you must:

If valid, we will send a free replacement of the same item.
5. No Monetary Refunds
Even in case of damage or wrong product delivery, we offer replacement only, not money refunds.
